ALEC, Koch Bros & Waltons Wage War on Your Solar Energy (VIDEO)
New solar panels are being added to rooftops every 3 minutes, however as Thom Hartman reveals, ALEC, the Koch Bros and Walmart’s Walton family are waging a war against homeowners who seek energy independence.
According to Brendan Fisher, general counsel for Center for Media and Democracy, their main tactic is by writing state-by-state legislation to either reduce the payout rate for net-metering or to tax homeowners who install solar panels.
